Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Appointment Booking Deposit
Salon Yoo is currently working by appointment only.
Therefore, last minute cancellation can have a huge impact on our business.
A deposit up to 50% of the full-service price is required at the time of booking to hold the appointment for all new client and for certain high-ticket services for both new and existing clients.
A deposit may be requested to hold the appointment that is far in advance (eg. 3+ weeks ahead).
Deposit will be applied toward the final service rendered on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated, we require a notice at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Failure to give an adequate notice within this time frame or “no call & no show” is subject to forfeiture of full deposit amount.
